I sometimes have to inspect end of lease cars for my job and the amount of cars that are handed back damaged and the client is shocked he/she has a bill for thousands of dollars worth of panel repairs is amazing. People park their vehicle under a tree year after year and let bird shit on their bonnet and roof, the car comes back with acid stains that no amount of polishing will remove, the panel is basically F%$#D and requires a re-spray this is the type of negligence I have to deal with.
