Clearance to the strut should be no problem, neither should the targeted camber, I have rubbing on the inner fender liner with those wheels so I use a 5mm spacer with extended studs to prevent that from happening. +35 to +40 is no issue, might be able to get away with a 2-3mm spacer to prevent rubbing, not sure. Edit: +35 has no rubs on the fenders unless you go low enough for any tire to rub.
