I forget already, lol. The tuna was pretty good on it's own because it was cooked perfectly and had a nice spice on top that had heat, but the heat didn't overpower the flavor of the spice. Tough to get that right. There was a buttery/oily kind of sauce on the bottom of the plate but I used it more for the veggies (which were on-point BTW).
