Couldn’t hurt. I’m sure it will help a little bit. Could also try a Perrin CAI and some gold reflective heat tape and wrap the sprintex intake pipe and the Perrin CAI with that. Those with the hood vent/scoop would help prolong the inevitable heat soak.
What hood scoop are you thinking about?
