Without temp readings on the gauge, you don't know what temp your car was at. As others have mentioned, you need a scanner that can read engine coolant temps to be able to determine if you really have an issue.

That being said, with the turbo charger, you've added a heat source to your cooling (and oiling) system. If you did not make any changes to the heat transfer capacity of your cooling system you will run into overheating issues under certain circumstances.

With the A/C on, the air that passes over the condenser becomes warmer and then when it gets to the radiator has less capacity to transfer heat. So in the case of running with a turbo and a/c on you have more heat in your cooling system and less ability to transfer that heat out.

Assuming you have no leaks, swapping a radiator out for a direct replacement part is not going to help you. If you get a larger one, it will help by increasing heat transfer capability.

Changing your thermostat to a lower temperature will also not help you unless you want your car to run at a cooler temp all the time. If you generate more heat in your cooling system than the system can remove the lower temp thermostat is only going to delay your overheating issue.

All in all, I would do as others have said. Ensure everything is functioning as designed. If it is and you still have overheating issues I would start with a more robust radiator that can transfer more heat.
