It's bolted right after the header is it not? Just because it's mounted low and behind the engine doesn't mean it's farther away. Heck, even the IC piping looks surprisingly direct.

I'm leaning towards NA > SC > Turbo in that order but this looks like a pretty ingenious setup. Love the bolt-on-ness of it.
