Second, I doubt that military radio signals are confusing your electronics, unless you are parked beside a commo vehicle.-

Yep, like ol @soundman98 suggests, put a new battery in the FOB. If you have a 2nd FOB, change the battery in that one too and give it a try.

Also, I suggest you check the appropriate fuses, again.
