That's fair. I can't argue, the GTI is smooth all over, but still allows you to push it. It's not raw enough for me, but for your situation it makes sense.

I agree that the GTI deserves a smaller rim/ tire combo with thicker sidewalls. If I ever had kids, I would consider going back to the GTI, but a tire swap to a 17r45 or 50 would have to happen.
