well lost the bid this morning to what i think was an auto-bidder. price was in my favor for about 8 hours early this morning and was to end at 0638, and about 10 seconds before it pinged i got this feeling to up my autobid so i did so, and my phone buzzed twice and it was over. apparently i was out bid with 5 second left for a buck 50
I was so upset i ended up showering and going to bed. I really wanted that lighter as a piece of history between my family and ww2 and even desert storm, I guess now its a choice of trying to find another historical lighter, or making a new one for myself and making it mean something for my future generations.
