I have this on mine. The only thing with using the app to enable/disable is that you have to connect the app to the car every time you start. I have this as a demo feature, but it's much easier just switching maps on startup.

Yes, all the adjustments are determined by the tuner. Mine are set competely different to the ones noted above.

This does not replace the CC (or the other options set in the tune), it's an additional way of doing it.
