You can put fog light bulbs into a standard housing, but they'll just throw light everywhere and not be good for doing actual fog light illumination. Just for cosmetics/looks. It's because the lights are designed with specific spacing and beam focus for a halogen bulb. They actually have a cut-off and require leveling/adjusting.


Also, unless your HID bulbs are also 6K temperature, the LEDs aren't going to match perfectly. OEM bulbs are 4300K.
