Based on the two 86's I've rented in Japan, as well as friend's cars I've seen, I can tell you the following.
-the Road flare is mounted vertically on the passenger outer kick panel.
-OEM location for the ETC system is hidden inside the glovebox.
-Window stickers are no different from US, but most will have a dealership sticker on the rear bumper if sold in either Tokyo or Osaka.
-It's very common for 86's and BRZ's to be equipped with OEM dressup parts like Modellista, TRD, or STI, however, it's usually done piecemeal and it's rare to see a car with everything.
