Should I ask them to do the repair first before signing any contract or forming over 28k? What if the repair isn’t done right? Or it still looks off up close?

This is actually the only color that I was looking for. There are no other 2018s around me. I also think 28k otd was a lot for a 2018. I’ve seen people pay less.
