On the computer, I replace the files \update\images\manufactorycfg\keymaps.xml (the assignment of device buttons) and \update\bin\set_partition (partitioning memory sections) with old ones from the native firmware. You can also replace the file \update\images\logo.bmp. Then write to the SD and flash. After the flashing and rebooting replace the file \system\lib\hw\gps.default.so.
