The AC system does two things at once: it cools the incoming cabin air and dries it. Therefore, if the AC condenser isn't able to cool the refrigerant sufficiently, it would cause you to have cool, wet air hitting your windshield leading to fog.
Oh I see. I'm gonna see if I can ask the people who help me install to check the engine temps. Could a tune help with engine temps?
