There was a TSB posted for this amongst Canadian dealers last time I checked. I wasn't even aware of the issue until a service advisor brought it up. Luckily i wasn't experiencing the issue.
HOWEVER, Ive tried claiming TSB's from Subaru America and they "were not recognized" in Canada so I don't know what to believe anymore..
