What's up everyone let's get a SouthBay Caravan event going for Kickoff!
We are a month out!

**NOTE**
This year I am unable to take the lead on the caravan, since I have to be at Del Valle early for setup. On that note, I am looking for 2-3 (possibly more) good and responsible drivers to lead groups of 10-15 cars each! Hit me up if you're interested, you will be added as co-host to this event once selected.

Lead Drivers:
1. @mgarcia707
2. W. Hurd
3. S. Singh
4. If needed.
5. If needed.

The following will be a nice jump-start in planning a caravan and controlling a group of drivers. Southbay usually has the biggest caravan with 50+ drivers.

With that said here is what I used for the last few years.

Tentative Caravan Timing:
7:45am – meet up at SouthBay starting location (mingle for the hour)
8:45am – depart to Kickoff! **leave promptly**
9:45am – arrive at Kickoff! (If you all arrive early, enjoy the cars roll in and hang out.)

Below are the locations and addresses -

SouthBay starting location:
Eastridge Mall (lot between JCP and Olive Garden)
2200 Eastridge Loop
San Jose, CA 95122

Kickoff location:
Lake Del Valle - Agua Vista picnic area
7000 Lake Del Valle Rd
Livermore, CA 94550

I have not coordinated with anyone from SF or EB to caravan in with SB, but if you are from either of those regions and want to join us let me know and I will alter things according.

~~PASSED HISTORY FOR SKO CARAVAN~~
I have led and also co-lead caravans for '16, '17, and '18.
2016, we were able to stick together in one lane. (40ish cars)
2017, we weren't able to stick together due to a lot of traffic. (50ish cars)
2018, we fortunately were able to stick together the whole way! (70ish cars).

**REMINDER**
Please be sure to have a full tank of gas! There might be a drive after Kickoff, so you want to make sure you're good to go.
There is a $6 fee to enter the park; this is paid at the gate and is not to us.

NO REVING. NO BURNOUTS. NO LOUD MUSIC. BE RESPECTFUL.
