Yep. Signed an offer this morning. Good offer, motivated buyers with proof of funds. They already signed all disclosures. We have rent back for 30 days after close, so I should be able to make the kickoff. Moving is going to suck, but when it is all done, it will be nice. Can't wait to start fixing up my new house.
