Do you guys have a pedal spacer? The issue is only apparent when you use a taller pedal stopper (to be used with the spacer). There is a notch on the bottom-back of your OEM pedal, with the the side-to-side play inherent with the twins, that notch (and pedal) can slip off the taller stopper. With the OEM stopper, since it is more of a flat surface, the pedal has no where to fall to and you don't really notice.

Taller pedal stopper installed. You can see the notch on the bottom of the pedal. On the video the car is loaded on the left, and with the throttle pinned, the pedal has enough play that the notch/pedal slips to the left of the stopper.
