indiana only does emissions testing, and because the car is a 2005+, they only check the gas cap and scan the car to make sure it clears itself.
i'm somewhat happy with it, as my '02 ranger wouldn't pass yearly inspection with some of the rust it's currently got.

i can explain it any way you'd like. i don't agree with the concept of spending all that money maintaining a singular idiot light, of something that we all should be visually checking before every drive anyways.
