The Exedy stage 1 is better for a daily driver. The metallic 3 puck clutch is driveable in city traffic, but you are not that much relaxed as with an ordinary clutch. You have to raise the revs a bit higher when starting or rolling stop. If not then you have chatter. On the other hand you get the best weight reduction, better heat dissipation and more important for me nice racing transmission noises.
