Toyota /= the dealer. Toyota not covering the repair means the recalled parts replaced did not fail again and break your engine.
It’s the dealers problem to fix this. Who cares if you used Walmart oil for the last 5 years? They took your engine apart, then it blew up. That isn’t your fault.
