If it runs great now and continues to run great, I'd forget about it. Cars that had sudden valve spring failure experienced it at very low mileage, from the reports I've read.

If you do have sudden valve spring failure, then take it in and they'll perform the recall work all the same - there is no advantage to having it done early, other than you're controlling when it goes in.
