Contacted SOA and they are saying my car is out of warranty, heavily modified, and the dealership is saying they have already checked their work so I will most likely be responsible for repairs from this point going forward. Will continue updating things as they tell me.

Wow, now an intake and exhaust is heavily modified? Yikes.
