For your type of driving, I would suggest you replace the clutch and pressure plate with the OEM parts. Make sure they (you) replace the TOB with the new, improved one.

I doubt the flywheel needs replacing, maybe resurfacing, depending on its condition.

Also, be sure to lub the clutch fork.

Thank you for the welcome and the quick reply, i was thinking the OEM would do fine also and it’s good to know I don’t need to replace the flywheel. One last question I forgot to add, is there anything else you recommend I do once I get the trans off besides the clutch and TOB? I would like to only drop the trans once and repair/replace anything else preemptively. It hasn’t had any service besides the usual oil change, brakes etc. And thank you again for the info.
