Parting out will be tricky as the engine is lowered compression so its not as simple as pulling the turbo off a stock long block. The factory transmission mounts are also modified so returning to a stock trans would be an issue.
I think I'd be out more time and money pursuing returning it to stock vs taking a haircut on the parts sold on the car. If it was on a stock trans and stock compression I'd certainly consider it. Parts for these things are dirt cheap that's for sure.
