That's because your car is a pig compared to this car. As is mine. Look at the last gen celica.. curb weight ~2500 lbs. S2000 with convertible crap ~2800 lbs. Its very possible this car in track spec could be in the low 2600 lbs, stock, and into the 2500s with some basic weight reduction such as crash bar and spare +kit removal.

Then again, the safety scion police could come and ruin it for everyone lol.
