LCA and Tire rubbing

Hi guys. I have coils and adjustable LCAs on my car. I’m running 17x9 offset 35 wheels with 255 tires. The old LCA on my car had pillow ball joints and it started making annoying noise after one year use. I figured that I'm not that hardcore so I bought a set of SPC LCA. After installing the SPC one and getting an alignment, my rear tires start rubbing with fenders which have never happened before. The alignment spec is basically same as before. My old LCA has the design same as Cusco or SPL ones which change the camber by changing the length of the rod end. The SPC ones change the camber by camber bolt. I can't find an explanation for why same alignment spec can give different result. Is it possible that I installed the SPC LCA wrong? Or it is due to LCA design difference? Thanks for any input!
