officially, the oil pan holds something around 5.7qt's, this says somewhere near 5.2-5.4 qt's.. i have 5.4-5.7 written on my filler cap. it really depends on how much comes out, which depends on overall viscosity, where the oil was before you drained it, and how long you allow it to dribble out.

in practice i'm typically around 5.5-5.7qt's.
