Engine mount failure

Vehicle Mileage: 51500
Vehicle Make: 2013 Scion FR-S
Mileage After Recall Performed: 25
Symptom(s): Vibrating and loud metal to metal noise
Failure: passenger motor mount
State: KS
Is Dealership Offering Repair: Currently no, have a case and been back and worth with headquarters and the dealership.

They pulled the engine and put the passenger engine mount on backwards... Yes backwards... They tried to claim it was just normal wear and tear and tried charging me $675 for new motor mounts. So I bought some online for $76 and did it myself to find out they literally forced the passenger mount on backwards somehow like idiots...
