EDIT: If a battery is really dead, you may need 2 sets of jumper cables to get the car to start. (especially if you have cheaper ones with small gauge wire)
i will try to check the fuses asap, the battery is good, i even tried borrowing a new battery but its outcome is the same.

they did a load test too, i just forgot to take note of the numbers but its still normal, almost like a new battery.
