It almost sounds like the flywheel is out of balance and causing a vibration and harmonic resonance.
If the clutch is not engaged it sound normal. Only when the clutch is engaged does the the car vibrate. Revving the engine while stopped doesn't cause the vibration, whether the car is in neutral, or there is a gear selected and the clutch pedal is on the floor.
