I'm currently just shy of 170k right now, but keep in mind my car was 2 years old already when I bought it with 1000km showing on the odometer at purchase (August 2012 in-service date; purchased in August 2014), so 169k of that has been in "only" 4.5 years.
What issues have you fellow high-milers experienced so far?

We're almost at the exact same mileage and I've had my car for relatively the same amount of time (5 years). For me, no issues as of yet minus regular maintenance and having to change out the brake pads.
