This is a discussion thead, on a forum. While I do believe in professionalism, this is the thread that was made for discussion. Anyone coming here will already be acknowledging that this is a forum and that generally anyone can post here. Had you posted something constructive yourself, maybe that request would be acknowledged. Yelling "shut up" at someone you don't like typically does the opposite.
