I installed a used intercooled kit and it's not that bad. The instructions are pretty solid but I would suggest these few things:
-upgrade the plastic barbs on the elbow to brass and ensure they have enough teflon to seal them correctly. It's a pain trying to remove them once you have the SC is on.
-Remove the PCV valve after you remove the old intake manifold and clean it or replace it with a new one. Once the SC is on you really can't get to it. I also put a clamp on it just to secure it better.
-Fill the sc with fluid before you mount it, it's easier to do so and check the fluid level. I think for this kit you want to be almost exact on the amount and don't want to go over as it can cause too much pressure and blow the seals inside
-I'd use worm clamps on the coolant hoses for the intercooler. the ones they provide sometimes leak.
-be careful when mounting the sc onto the intake manifold ports. you'll need an extra set of hands and will want to make sure you mount it flush and the sc manifold runner gaskets are sealing correctly so you won't have to unmount it.
- besides that I just followed the instructions Sprintex provides
Enjoy the wine and extra power!
