If I were you I would be finding out what my rights are and going at the insurance company to have it corrected. Just some very brief searching shows they can not force you to use any specific shop and the insurance company must stand behind the repairs of the recommended shop if the repairs are not done properly. It is also very easy to file a complaint with the state. I have threatened that in the past and it tends to move things along in the right direction.
