ah ok i think you should be fine with topping it off for now. Also, i forgot to mention if you do end up filling coolant in the radiator leave the cap off and turn on your car and let it get to temperature this will let out all the air it will start to bubble. Once the bubbling goes away you should be set. You can use this video as a guide.
