2014 FRS. I noticed that my coolant reservoir is completely dry and have noticed it being like that for a while. I understand that it is an overflow tank and being low level is good, but It is completely DRY. My temps are normal though, but having that low of a coolant level is concerning.
What fluid should I go with? I’ve done my fair share of research but I’ve been hearing different fluids. I live in Chicago so it can get very cold in winters, so I don’t think using distilled water would be good. I am not sure what kind of coolant the previous owner used, but I’m pretty sure it’s the OEM fluid and have never been changed.
Can someone supply me with the part number for the fluid I should use so I can just purchase if, top off and be done with this?
Also, I’ve noticed that some coolant fluids are a 50/50 mix, while others are a concentrate. Which one should I use?!? This is really frustrating me more than it should..
