That list I posted wasn't just a random bunch of labour jobs but a partial list of what I did in my climb to where I am now. I was very happy with my manufacturing job in automotive but wanted to get out of the business since it is so unstable. Found I was good in the EH&S realm so went to night school and at the age 31 got an entry level job doing EHS in... automotive manufacturing. So 30 years later I am still in the business that I originally trained and worked so hard to get out of. It took me about 10 of those years to get back up to the pay level that I was making when on the shop floor but now I am doing much better than I would be if still making parts
