As in earlier posts
1. If the ecutek software actually stsrts up and runs your dongle key is ok
2. If you get the two RED boxes in ghe ecutek window after the ecutek sotware stars with the ecutek obd cable pligged into computer only then its likely the ecutek cavle has failed. It doesnt need to be plugged into a car to go vreen, Green indicates ecutek software can see the ecutek cable
