No rubbing in the back that I can see. And there's only 2 spots up front where it's rubbing, that I can see: small spot on the front bottom liner, I think I can get that with a heat gun. Another is the Rally Armor mudflaps, or more specifically, the bottom inside portion of the bracket. I'll definitely do some cutting and grinding.
As far as LCA's in the back, the lift kit I bought came with extra 1-inch spacers for the whole subframe, so I'm not sure LCA's are even necessary. This is what I got:

The knocking sound, my theory is that because the struts now sit 2 inches lower, the end-links push the sway bar lower and it's making contact with the steering shafts. I've ordered shorter end-links, see if that fixes the problem.
Will take more pics when I install the end-links, do some trimming, and get a wash.
