I would go with an unmodified twin but you still can't know how it was handled. I would make sure to have an inspection by a dependable technician. MT transmissions of twins are weaker than AT and they are especially abused by untalented drivers.

I wouldn't call the MT weaker. Just susceptible to dumb asses like any other MT. ATs are dummy proof because they are always the boss and ignore you when you ask it to do something stupid. MT does come with your typical wear items like clutch disk, PP, flywheel and TOB. Seems most people go 100k on the clutch, PP and FW. The TOB on mid 2017 and older has a defective TOB which fails long before the clutch. It's a $20 part but lots of labor cost to replace. You can get a kit which includes clutch disk, PP, FW, TOB and pilot bearing for $380 which is really cheap compared to many cars.
