A supercharger changes the picture, [especially with respect to rough idle.] They all have a great deal of rotating inertia which will continue to pull the belt while the crankshaft is hiccuping. This causes the belt to go slack between the supercharger pulley and the harmonic balancer. I've seen belts jump and shred.
The movement in OP's clip is normal because it is periodic with respect to the entire belt.
