Can not say for sure if it is normal. But mine does the exact same thing on a JSRC supercharged brz. It worried me a little, as I had smell some gas form the injectors on the drivers side and was checking all around for leaks, car seems to have lost a little power on low revs. But I never noticed that tensioner wobbling at idle. In fact, if you do search some videos of FA20 not every FA20 wobbles like that at idle. In any case, I am glad to know that this is no reason for concern (unless the belt starts slapping the pulley above).
