The frustrating part for me as a customer is dealing with false promises. First they said my car would be done in a few days, so Wednesday/Thursdayish, then Saturday, then Tuesday afternoon, now it's Tuesday evening and I feel like I'm never getting my car.[emoji23] I wish they would be more direct because I feel like there's something more going on. The middleman people at the service desk don't know either, they're not doing the job
