Point i’m Making is that how often do you think they put 87 in premium storage tanks. Do you ever know. They don’t seem to test it very often.

shady business practices like that gonna get someone slapped with a lawsuit. I highly doubt that they'd purposely mix gasoline like that.
Any and all gasoline related incidents that I know of are caused by leaking storage tanks. Guess what? Gas station company taking all that blame and has to fix everyone's car. Imagine what happens if the wrong fuel is in the tank
If the car recommends 91...sure you can get away with anything lower as long as you know its safe to use. If the car REQUIRES 91...that's the minimum thing im putting in it.
If you don't want to pay for the upkeep of the car, then get another car that doesn't need that upkeep. My X1 requires a minimum 89...im putting 89 in it...not going 87 because 'its cheaper'.
if you had diabetes would you be constantly drinking coke because you still can or would you actually try to scale back your sugar intake and drink diet coke or better yet water?
