2013 Evo X. I can't really compare the evo to my SC FRS. Down low, the evo makes almost +200 ft-lb of torque and +100 ft-lb peak. So it puts you more in your seat. My top end in the frs was really good. But on E85 the safest you can run on stock internals is 320whp.

It's just a lot cheaper to tune and manage the Evo. Intake, Turbo back exhaust, 3 port boost controller, injectors, fuel pump and dual map tune on e85 will put you at ~380-390whp. I spent like $3.5k to get there. I spent almost $10k to make 312whp on the frs.

That and stock engine components are good to 500whp. And transmission is good to 800+whp for the manual. It's a very robustly built car.
