The old sway bar link wasn't exactly destroyed. More along the lines of permanently attached to my stock front strut.

As for the wheel, my procedure was:
1. Break lugs loose in diagonal pattern while the car was on the ground
2. Lift car, remove nuts
3. All nuts unscrewed easily by hand at first, then the third one started getting kinda tough, so I skipped it and moved on to the others
4. Go back to the third one and it keeps getting harder and harder to turn until it finally snaps

Does anyone know what size stud these cars take?
