I don't think it would be bad to change the tensioner and slippers but the chain and sprockets are most likely ok. That being said my 06 Durango with the 4.7ltr V8 is supposed to have the chains replaced at 190k, there are 3 (!) and it's crazy expensive so I'm just going to push my luck with that because I could replace it with a 5.7 Hemi for less than the cost of replacing the chains if something goes wrong.
