I don't know the answer to either question because the work hasn't been done yet. I'm scheduled to drop the car off on the 7th of Feb. The administrator said something about doing them in groups. She said I could bring it in earlier but the work won't begin until the 7th. And Toyota doesn't have a loaner I would rather drive than my FR-S. She said it would take about a week. It's good to know they won't be in a hurry.
